TERMS OF USE FOR THE SOULSAGE SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using the SoulSage website and/or service.

These Terms create a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“End User” or “You”) and Vintage Place – Unipessoal LDA (“SoulSage,” “Us,” “We,” or “Our”). This Agreement governs your use of the SoulSage website, including all related documentation (the “Website”). The Website is licensed, not sold, to You under the terms below.

 

1. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

This service is for entertainment purposes only. By accessing, downloading, or using the service, you acknowledge and represent that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You have read, understand, and accept these Terms.
  • You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service and delete it from your device.

 

2. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms limit our liability and obligations to you and allow us to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Advisor Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies. In case of a conflict between these Terms and other policies, these Terms will prevail.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, advisors, and others who access or use the service. Additional terms apply to advisors.

 

3. SOULSAGE PLATFORM

SoulSage provides a marketplace that connects advice-seekers with independent, professional psychic advisors (“Advisors”) via text or video. SoulSage itself does not offer or sell psychic advice.

  • Any information provided by an Advisor is strictly for entertainment purposes.
  • Advisors do not receive your real name or email but may receive your nickname, date of birth, or gender.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or advice given.
  • Personal contact information must not be shared with other users.

 

4. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the service strictly for entertainment purposes.

You may not use the SoulSage name, logo, trademarks, patents, or any intellectual property for any purpose, including marketing or advertising.

 

5. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

When you download or use the Website, we may collect information through cookies, Apple’s Advertising Identifier (“IDFA”), Google’s Advertising ID, and other means. Your data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this service, you consent to our data collection practices.

 

6. ADVISORS

Advisors are not employees or agents of SoulSage. We do not verify their qualifications, credentials, or background. Any interaction between you and an Advisor is solely between you and them.

Advisors are not allowed to:

  • Request your personal contact information, payment details, or other sensitive data.
  • Offer legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

 

7. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND FEES

If you place an order for a reading, you may need to provide payment details. Payments are processed through third-party services such as PayPal or Stripe. SoulSage does not store payment information.

  • All payments are final. No refunds are offered except at our sole discretion.
  • Unused credits or tokens expire after five (5) years.
  • You are responsible for any fees associated with your internet or mobile service provider.

 

8. ACCOUNTS

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. SoulSage is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

 

9. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the order’s completion. Refunds may be issued in credits or real-world money at our discretion.

 

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR

Users are prohibited from engaging in:

  • Harassment, threats, or offensive language.
  • Sharing sexually explicit or illegal content.
  • Disclosing personal contact information.
  • Providing medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SoulSage is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of advice provided by Advisors.
  • Any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from use of the service.
  • Technical malfunctions or service disruptions.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Bergen County, New Jersey.

 

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
 
• All payments for services on the SoulSage platform are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.
 
2. Eligibility for Refunds
 
• A refund may be issued in case of technical issues that made it impossible to use the service (e.g., if a scheduled session did not take place due to a system failure).
• If an advisor did not provide the service or refused to perform it after payment.
• If a client accidentally paid for the same service multiple times.
 
3. Refund Request Process
 
• A refund request must be submitted within 72 hours of the order completion.
• The client must provide supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, issue description) to justify the refund request.
• Requests should be sent to support@soulsage.pro with the subject “Refund Request”.
 
4. Refund Method
 
• Refunds may be issued as funds credited to the internal wallet on the platform, which the client can use for future consultations.
• Clients may also request a refund to the original payment method (bank card, PayPal, Stripe) if applicable.
• The processing time for refunds depends on the payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days.
 
5. Refund Denial
 
• A refund will not be issued if the client is dissatisfied with the consultation based on subjective reasons (e.g., “I didn’t like the advisor’s response”).
• If the service was fully provided but the client changed their mind after the session.
• If the client has violated the platform’s terms and conditions.
